Holiday in Norway

Before we went to Norway we had to pack our bags. My mum kept forgetting to pack our bags so we had to keep reminding her about it. Eventually, she managed to pack everybody's bag. It was a really long journey and I went to sleep.

After that, we went to the airport and showed our passports and boarding pass so then we went on the plane and enjoyed the flight. It was so comfortable I went to sleep again.

In Norway, you have to travel by car for two reasons: One, because it always rains and the second reason is because there were very nice trees everywhere we went - but that was only the beginning. There were Moses, black bears, brown bears, and ticks. So that's why you need a car.

Now you must be wondering what do those animals actually do. A mouse will run over you, a black bear will attack, injure, or rarely kill you and that's the same with the brown bear but a polar bear will often kill you and a tick will give limedeise.

Now you should be thinking there must be a way to survive these things and the good news is there is. But the bad news is that some means just do nothing so I expect you won’t want to hear it. Wait, you do? Okay, these are how you should protect yourself: If you see a moose then run through obstacles to make the moose tired, if you see a black bear then fight back, if you see a brown bear then go on the floor, face the ground, arms on your head, legs apart and you’ll stay safe until it’s gone.

So we didn’t see a bear but we did see scary bear scratches which really scared big sister. Anyway, we took a few photos and we had a good time. We also went to the mountains and the fog is what blew our minds. I could not speak. It was magnificent.

The other place we went to was the Oslo Skiing Center. It was so high and they had to ski down the slope and there was a one-stair bit where you would jump and then keep on skiing until you reached the end. But it would only open in December 2023.

We got a fridge magnet and it was really nice. There were also nomes that you can put on your shelf and a lot of different magnets as also puppets,  we got a magnet because wherever we go we get a magnet to put on our fridge.

My sister made a few videos which were actually quite cool. I had to admit it was better than excellent. When we went to Norflorks Museum my sister used the soundtrack of Rapunzel music in her videos which I didn’t initially notice.

What I liked about Norflorks Museum is that some of the places you went had people acting what it would be like in that time period like before modern days, there was a lot of very posh stuff like chandeliers, golden plates and many more beautiful stuff like that. They would have six children and each child would have a tiny bed, just enough to fit them. Even the parents had small beds. Now as I was saying the person who was acting was a woman who was talking about her stuff and everything. And that's it really.
